Refund Policy — Owens Heating & Cooling
At Owens Heating & Cooling, we are committed to providing high-quality HVAC services to our customers throughout Northwest Arkansas.
Please review our refund policy below:
Service Fees:
All charges for services performed (including diagnostic fees, labor, and repairs) are final and non-refundable once the service has been completed.
Deposits:
Service call deposits are required to schedule and hold appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your final invoice.
Parts and Equipment:
Parts installed are covered under manufacturer warranty where applicable. If a part is found to be defective, Owens Heating & Cooling will facilitate warranty replacement in accordance with manufacturer terms. Refunds are not provided for parts once installed.
Cancellations:
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits remain non-refundable regardless of notice given.
Customer Satisfaction:
If you have any concerns regarding the service you received, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
